Karin Karlfeldt Fedje
Karin Karlfeldt Fedje is an adjunct professor in "Sustainable techniques for contaminated materials" at the Division of Water Environment Technology (WET). Karin is employed by the municipally owned waste and recycling company Renova AB and conducts research, supervision and teaching at Chalmers 40% of her working hours. Her research is focused on developing sustainable techniques for recycling metals from various materials such as waste ashes, contaminated soils and sediments as well as from stormwater. The goal is to reintroduce and utilize valuable but today unexploited resources in society to contribute to a more sustainable future.
Karin is part of the competence centre FRIST -Forum for Risk Investigation and Sustainable Technology.
