Leyla Sadighi

Doctoral Student at Communication, Antennas and Optical Networks

Leyla Sadighi is a PhD student in the Optical Networks Unit.  Her research interest includes recovery from physical layer attacks, detection of novel threats at Layer 3, and efficient resource allocation of optical networks with the main goal of providing physical layer security. Leyla is involved in a project related to Safeguarding Optical Communication Networks from Cyber-Security Attack. Her research is a part of large international efforts in the frame of European projects TeraFlow AI-NET-PROTECT. She has research experience in information-theoretic physical layer security, anomaly detection, data analysis, and machine learning.
