Sustainable supply chain planning strategies

The project focuses on various aspects of supply chain planning (e.g. sales and operations planning, demand planning, information sharing, supplier relationship management) in changing, unusual and/or difficult planning environments; for example, aftermarkets, specific industries (e.g. construction and recycling), in crisis or when uncertain/turbulent business cycles. several case studiesd are conducted, but also surveys and simulation studies.
