Qiuhua Liang

Qiuhua Liang was born in Guangxi, China. Now she is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Condensed Matter and Materials Theory group at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden. She completed her PhD research at the Dutch Institute for Fundamental Energy Research and obtained her PhD from Eindhoven University of Technology in 2021. Her research employs density functional theory and molecular dynamics with machine-learning potential to understand and design materials for sustainable energy and nanoelectronics. She focuses on transition--metal oxides and two-dimensional materials for solar fuel conversion and field-effect transistors. She has authored over 30 publications, which have received more than 1700 citations.
