Anand Ganesan is a Doctoral Student in the Automatic Control research group. His research work focuses on numerically efficient computational methods for Mixed-Integer optimal control problems in electrified automobiles. His research work is a part of the collaborative project between Sweden’s Innovation Agency (Vinnova), the Volvo Car Corporation, Sweden and the Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden. The research intends to develop real-time capable model-based supervisory numerical optimal control algorithms tailored to meet the needs of over-actuated powertrains and electrified vehicles.
