Arpita Chari

Doctoral Student at Chalmers, Industrial and Materials Science, Production Systems

Arpita Chari has been doing her PhD since September 2018 in the Division of Sustainable and Virtual Productions at the Industrial and Materials Science Department. Her main areas of focus are exploring Simulation methods, Industry 4.0, Sustainability and Big Data. By integrating these techniques in production processes, her goal is to increase resource efficiency and achieve lean circular production systems. Her research focuses on performing sustainable life-cycle simulations of water-free textile production and the use of big data and blockchain technologies in supply logistics.
