Juliette Monsel
I am a researcher in the Applied Quantum Physics Laboratory at MC2. My current research focuses on quantum thermodynamics applied, in particular, to optomechanical systems and electronic transport.
I obtained my PhD in 2019 from Université Grenoble Alpes (France) under the supervision of Alexia Auffèves. My thesis dissertation, entitled "Quantum thermodynamics and optomechanics", won a Springer Thesis Award and was published in the Springer Theses series. I have been working since 2020 with Janine Splettstoesser here at Chalmers, first as a postdoctoral researcher and, since 2024, as a research specialist.
