Rui Miguel Alves Lopes
Rui Lopes is a Postdoc researcher at the Division of Marine Technology in Prof. Rickard Bensow's research group. His current research focuses on the investigation of scale effects for ships with wind assisted propulsion using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). The main goal is to develop a CFD method for the assessment of performance at full scale and to improve the understanding of the condition experienced by the components of the conventional propulsion system.
