Divya Jayasankar

Doctoral Student at Terahertz and Millimetre Wave Laboratory

Divya Jayasankar was born in Madurai, India in 1994. She received a bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from K.S.Rangasamy College of technology in 2015 and M.Sc. degree in Wireless, Photonics and Space Engineering from the Chalmers University of Technology in 2019. From August 2019, she started working towards her Ph.D.degree as an institute doctoral student employed at the Research institutes of Sweden and Chalmers University of Technology. She worked as a Project Assistant at the Terahertz and Millimetre-wave Laboratory, MC2 during her master’s studies.
She was with the Raman Research Institute, India as a Research Assistant from 2015-2017 before moving to Sweden. Her research interests include the development of terahertz mixers for future space/air-borne instruments and terahertz metrology.
