Jonathan Weidow
I have the assignment as Program Director for the Engineering physics. This means, among other things, that I lead the education program and am responsible for ensuring that education plans and syllabi correspond to the goals of the education.
In my research, I investigate the structure of different materials and try to link this to its properties. I am, among other things, interested in materials used in cutting tooling and mining.
The courses I am responsible for are TIF275, the Tools of Engineering Physics, which is the first physics course in the Engineering Physics program, and LGTK65, Technology 6 for Teachers in Upper Secondary School, which is the last subject course for the teacher program in technology at the University of Gothenburg.
