Dr. Pavleta Knutsson är projektledare på avdelningen för Energi & Material. Hon jobbar mot aktiva bäddmaterial som kan användas för att optimera förbränning och förgasaningsprocesserna i storskaliga anläggningar. Syftet är att hitta material som kan användas som syrebärare genom screening av syntetiska material, samt naturligt förekommande malmer och biprodukter från andra processer.I screeningsprocessen läggs tyngden på bäddmaterial-ask interaktionerna, samt på möjligheten att katalytiskt aktivera de syrebärande material
