Jag disputerade 2014 inom området högspänningsteknik med partiella urladdningar i högspänningsisolation vid snabba vågfronter (ex PWM) som huvudintresse. Målsättningen är att undersöka och förstå hur slitaget på isolationsmaterialet påverkas vid denna applicerade spänningsform jämfört med den traditionella sinusformade. Syftet med denna forskning är detta ska leda till ökad livslängd på exempelvis motorlindingar.
