Evgenii Novoselov

Post doc at Chalmers, Microtechnology and Nanoscience (MC2), Microwave Electronics

Evgenii Novoselov, was born in 1988 in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. (summs cum laude) in 2009 and 2011, respectively, from The Saint-Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics (NRU ITMO). During his studies at the university, he was working at the research center “Femtosecond optics and femtotechnology” (NRU ITMO) (2007-2011). There he participated in a number of projects on the development of terahertz spectrography and reflectometry using TDS. After compliting his master degree, he joined LLC “TELROS Integration” (Saint-Petersburg, Russia) as a communication systems design engineer (2011-2013). He is currently working towards a Ph.D. degree in the Terahertz and Millimetre Wave Laboratory at MC2 Chalmers since 2013. His research interests include ultrafast optics, femtosecond breakdown, generation and detection of THz radiation, pulsed THz time-domain spectroscopy and reflectometry.
