Omid Habibpour
Omid Habibpour received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering (telecommunication systems) from Sharif University of technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2002 and his M.Sc. degree in optical telecommunication systems (with honors) from Amirkabir University of technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2004. In 2005, he worked in the radio sub-system department of the first pre-paid cell phone company in Iran.
He joined the MC2 department of the Chalmers University of technology in Sep. 2007 and the Terahertz technology group of Physical Electronics Laboratory in summer 2008 where he pursued his PhD studies on Graphene based devices for THz applications.
After getting his PhD, he has joined Microwave electronics lab where he is working as an assistant professor on graphene devices and MMICs.
