Pinar Boyraz-Baykas är docent i fordonssäkerhetsavdelningen för mekanik och marinvetenskap vid Chalmers. Hennes forskningsfält omfattar i stort sett tillämpningar av matematisk modellering, mekatronik, signalbehandling och kontrollteori. Fokuset på hennes tillämpade forskningsområde varierar från modellering av drivrutiner, aktiv säkerhetssystemdesign, fordons- / systemdynamik & amp; kontroll till robotik och mekanism design. Hon tilldelades av Alexander von Humboldt Foundation genom Experienced Researcher Fellowship [2016-2017] och är medlem i IEEE sedan 2008.
