Yuriy Serdyuk
Yuriy Serdyuk conducts research mainly focusing on phenomena in electric insulating materials exposed to strong electric fields. These include processes associated with transport of electric charges in gaseous, liquid and solid insulating media as well as in their compositions and through interfaces between them. The goal of the research is to deliver knowledge necessary for developing modern electric insulation for components of future sustainable high voltage power systems. He is involved in teaching in two courses within the MSc Program on Electric Power Engineering.
