Imre Pazsit
My research is mainly theoretical and computational, but with practical applications, including both the evaluation of measurements and developing new measurement methods. It concerns deterministic and stochastic transport theory of neutral and charged particles, in particular fluctuations in neutron transport and atomic collision cascades; theory of multiplicity in nuclear safeguards; reactor diagnostics based on noise analysis including diagnostics of two-phase flow, and elaboration of inverse methods in neutron noise diagnostics, including machine learning methods.
