David Simpson

Adjungerad professor vid Chalmers, Rymd-, geo- och miljövetenskap, Mikrovågs- och optisk fjärranalys, Global miljömätteknik och modellering

David Simpson är senior forskare vid Norske meteorologisk institutt, och adjungerad professor på Chalmers, Göteborg. Han har arbetat för det europeiska övervaknings-och utvärderingsprogrammet (EMEP, www.emep.int) i nästan 20 år, främst för att utveckla EMEP kemisk transportmodell. Hans huvudsakliga intressen är biosfär-atmosfär utbyte av kemiska ämnen som påverkar ozonkemi, aerosoler, och kvävenedfall.
