Erland Johnson is Adjunct Professor and Associate Professor in the research group Marine Structures. He holds the position of PhD in Solid Mechanics and MSc in Engineering Physics, and has competence in (dynamic) fracture mechanics, fatigue, material mechanics, FEM, dynamics, numerical techniques, and experimental techniques.His research fields are impact, collision, lightweight structures, fatigue and fracture, uncertainty and reliability, and multidisciplinary research.
