Victor Belitsky
Victor Belitsky received the M.Sc. degree from the Moscow Telecommunication Institute, Moscow, Russia, in 1977, and the Ph.D. degree in experimental physics from the Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics, USSR Academy of Sciences, Moscow, USSR, in 1990.
He is currently a Professor at the unit Advanced Receiver Development (GARD), Department of Earth and Space Sciences, Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden. His research interests include THz electronics and components and instrumentation for radio astronomy and environmental science.
