Kamyab Zandi

Forskare at Chalmers, Architecture and Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering

Kamyab is an Associate Professor and the leader of Concrete Structures research group at the Division of Structural Engineering at Chalmers. Kamyab’s research primarily includes service life assessment of concrete structures; the goal is to maintain sustainable infrastructures. A cross-disciplinary approach, encompassing experiment, simulation and theory, is pursued to address the multi-scale multi-physics problem of durability in concrete structures. He focuses his research on major types of deterioration such as corrosion, frost, etc.
