Adil Mardinoglu

Forskarassistent at Chalmers, Biology and Biological Engineering, Systems and Synthetic Biology

Dr. Adil Mardinoglu works in Systems Biology group and his research is focused on the establishment of Human Metabolic Atlas (HMA), an interactive data analysis and model simulation platform. HMA platform employ systems biology approaches to elucidate some of the genes, metabolites and reactions that are underlying several complex diseases such as obesity and its adverse outcomes. Healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical developers may harvest and translate the outcomes of HMA platform into the benefit of patients, find new therapies and eventually determine more effective personalized medicine for variety of diseases.
