Cecilia Berlin
Associate Professor at CHALMERS University of Technology, Dept. of Industrial and Materials Science (formerly Product and Production Development), Div. of Design and Human Factors. Cecilia Berlin is Associate Professor at the division of Design and Human Factors, where her research focuses on Production Ergonomics, humans in production and Social Sustainability. This encompasses ergonomics, globalization challenges, economic effects of ergonomics, and improving human well-being and system performance in future workplaces. The aim is to create guidelines for designing attractive and socially sustainable future workplaces to be the greatest possible enablers for human capacity and talent. Cecilia teaches in various human factors- related courses at Chalmers and frequently lectures at other universities in Sweden. Cecilia has had numerous engagements as a public speaker on the subject of Social Sustainability in future industrial workplaces.
