Ola Isaksson
Dr Ola Isaksson är professor i Produktutveckling och leder forskargruppen Systems Engineering Design. Han disputerade i Datorstödd Maskinkonstruktion vid Luleå Tekniska Universitet 1999 och fram till 2015 haft en specialistkarriär vid GKN Aerospace Engine Systems (tidigare Volvo Aero) i Trollhättan inom konstruktion och produktutveckling.
Han har hittills deltagit i och lett mer än ett 40 tal forskningsprojekt nationellt och internationellt, och har som forskningserfarenhet och intresse inom stödmetoder för konstruktion och produktutveckling inom b la plattformsbaserad utveckling, Set Based Engineering, multi disciplinära ingenjörsmetoder, Värdedriven utveckling, automation och kunskapsintensiva systemstöd samt utveckling av produkt-tjänstesystem.
Speciellt intresse är att förstå och utveckla nya produktutvecklingsförmåga för att möta nya samhälleliga och industriella behov och nyttja nya teknologiska framsteg inom digitalisering och tillverkning.
Ola är en av grundarna till Produktutvecklingsakademin i Sverige, aktiv medlem i Design Society, ASME samt SIG PM.
Ola har 100+ vetenskapliga publikationer och samverkar tätt med industri nationellt och internationellt inom framförallt flyg och transportrelaterad tillverkningsindustri.
