Christoph Langhammer

Professor vid Kemisk fysik

Min forskargrupp kombinerar nanofabrikation med nanofotonik, nanofluidik, kemiska processer på ytor, nanomaterialvetenskap och sensorvetenskap. Vårt arbete fokuserar på grundläggande studier och rationell design av funktionella nanostrukturer och nanomaterial för sensor- och energirelaterade tillämpningar, samt på katalys på enstaka nanopartiklar och enmolekylmikroskopi inom ramen för life science. För detta ändamål utvecklar vi kontinuerligt våra egna metoder för nanofabrikation av komplexa strukturer på ytor, samt bygger våra egna forskningsinstrument. Vi strävar också efter att kontinuerligt identifiera möjligheter för att nyttiggöra och kommersialisera våra forskningsresultat och på detta sätt i vårt arbete täcka hela spektrumet från grundforskning till tillämpningar som direkt bidrar till en hållbar framtid.
