Ida Gremyr är professor vid avdelningen Service Management and Logistics. Hon undervisar och handleder examensarbeten bland annat inom masterprogrammet "Quality and Operations Management".
Ida Gremyr forskar om organisering av kvalitetsutvecklingsarbete, tjänsteledning och kvalitetsförbättringsverktyg. Forskningsansatsen är samskapande och involverar partners från privat och offentlig sektor, t.ex. sjukvård. En drivkraft är att bidra till praktik- och kompetensutveckling för praktiker i kvalitetsområdet, t.ex. genom ett pedagogiskt utvecklingsprojekt och genom rollen som programansvarig för masterprogrammet Quality and Operations Management.
