Lars-Ola Bligård
Researcher Human-Machine System, PhD, M.Sc., Eur.Erg Division of Design & Human Factors Department of Industrial and Materials Science Chalmers University of Technology Lars-Ola Bligård is Researcher in the area of Human-Machine System at the Division Design & Human Factors at Chalmers University or technology. Lars-Ola's research focuses on the integration of ergonomics and human factors in product development within three areas: autonomous vehicles, activity-centred design and evaluation of use errors. For autonomous vehicles, the focus is on the interaction between the vehicle and different users, from the design of user interfaces to questions that concern the adoption of the vehicle. The goal is to develop models and design guidelines that support design decisions for the developers. Lars-Ola is also responsible for courses focusing on the interaction between human and machine as well as PhD-courses in Research Methodology and Systems Theory.
