Johan Malmqvist
Johan Malmqvist är professor i produktutveckling. Hans forskning behandlar utvecklingsmetodik och IT-stöd för produktutvecklingsprocessen (PLM). Aktuell forskning fokuserar metoder och verktyg för utveckling av produktbaserade tjänster, för produktkonfigurering och för strategisk utveckling av PLM-lösningar. Ett andra intresseområde är ingenjörsutbildning. Malmqvist var en av grundarna till och aktiv i det internationella Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate Initiative (CDIO-initiativet). Den modell för ingenjörsutbildning som utvecklats av CDIO-initiativet används av ett stort antal universitet världen över.
