Louise Olsson

Professor vid Kemiteknik

Louise Olsson är Professor och arbetar på avdelningen för Kemiteknik, där hon även är avdelningschef. Vidare tillhör hon och hennes forskargrupp Kompetenscentrum för katalys (KCK). I Louise forskargrupp arbetar man med katalysatorer för avgasrening och alternativbränsleproduktion. Mer specifikt, är syftet att kombinera experiment och kinetikmodellering för att öka den grundvetenskapliga förståelsen av reaktionerna på katalysatorytan och även att kunna prediktera omsättningsgraden efter katalysatorn. Vidare, i Louise grupp kombineras både grundvetenskapliga projekt, med tillämpade projekt tillsammans med företag.
