Kjell Jeppson

Professor Emeritus at Terahertz and Millimetre Wave Laboratory

My overall research interest concerns performance aspects of application specific integrated circuits (ASICs). In recent years the focus of my research has been on graphene field-effect transistors (GFETs) for high-frequency applications. In particular, my main contributions has concerned modeling of GFET mobility degradation and physics-based methods for model parameter extraction.
Since 1996 I have been a member of the technical program committee of the IEEE International Conference on Microelectronic Test Structures (ICMTS).
