Fredrik Westerlunds forskargrupp studerar enstaka DNA-molekyler in nanokanaler med hjälp av fluorescensmikroskopi. Fokus ligger både på att utveckla nya metoder för att kartlägga DNA sekvenser så väl som att studera DNA-proteininteraktioner.
