Thomas Eriksson
Thomas Eriksson är viceprefekt vid institutionen för elektroteknik och ansvarig för grundutbildningen. Som professor i kommunikationssystem ligger hans forskningsområde inom statistisk signalbehandling och kommunikation. Ett av hans huvudintressen är bearbetning av så kallad ”Dirty RF”, där brister i hårdvaran (såsom ickelinjära förstärkare, fasbrus, I/Q-obalans etc.) analyseras och kompenseras. Ett annat intresseområde är teori och metoder för återsändning av kanalinformation (CSI), genom antingen kvantisering av CSI eller genom ARQ (automatisk återsändning).
